Since domain name registrations are pre-paid for the registration time period, typically they are simply allowed to lapse as opposed to canceling them.
Simply log in to your Client Area > click Domains > click on the domain you want to cancel > click Auto Renew > click Disable Auto Renew.
The Auto Renew status for the domain will change from Enabled to Disabled. That's it!
If you forget to disable the auto-renew and receive an invoice for a domain you no longer want to keep, just let us know at least 5 days before the expiry date and we will cancel the invoice and cancel the domain renewal.
